Acknowledgement and acceptance of terms and conditions.
By accessing, browsing or using this web site, you agree to these conditions of use and disclaimers as amended from time to time and acknowledge that you have read and understood these conditions. By purchasing a product from this web site, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Ordering goods
Any order placed by you in the manner described on this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including delivery and other charges) specified on this web site at the time you place your order. Mace Engineering Group reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this web site, or an error in your order.

Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this web site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. The availability of products and services may change from time to time.

It is the buyers responsibility to find out if the product/part/service they are ordering is suitable for their vehicle/application. Mace Engineering Group holds no responsibility if customers order the wrong product/part/service and will not offer refunds/store credits.

Re-Stocking Fee & Refunds

Please note if you return a purchased item due to buyers remorse or misorder a 10-15% re-stocking fee (depending on item) will be applied, at our discretion. We do not refund back postage costs.

If you have opened or test fitted the item we cannot offer any refunds/store credits.

Where this site contains links to web sites maintained by other companies and organizations, Mace Engineering Group does not make any representation as to the accuracy of information contained on those web sites and will not accept any responsibility for the accuracy, ownership or any other aspect of the information contained on those web sites.

Delivery
All Mace Engineering Group products are sent via Australia Post. Delivery times vary from seven working days for regular post. And express post, where your product will be delivered within two business days in any capital city and three days outside any capital city. Once your item has been lodged at the post office Mace Engineering Group takes no responsibility in a delay of postage.

Returns Policy
At Mace Engineering Group, we take great care in packaging your products appropriately to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. If for any reason your product is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately to arrange for the return of your products within 14 days. We will then provide you with a replacement product as soon as possible. If for any reason you receive a product that is faulty due to manufacturing, it must be returned within 14 days, where appropriate testing will then take place. If it is found that the product is damaged due to misuse, wilful damage, unauthorised repair or tampering with a product it will not be accepted by Mace Engineering Group for a return. Strictly no returns/refunds will be given due to change of mind or buyers remorse. This is in compliance of the ACCC warranties and refunds.

Warranties

Mace Engineering Group products are covered by a 1 year warranty, unless otherwise specified in ad or written agreement from Mace Engineering Group.

Terms of Warranty

Customer must send back item first, so appropriate tests can be run on the item, with a full written description of the problem. If Mace Engineering Group find there is to be a fault, the same product but new will be sent to you ASAP.

Please ensure the product is properly packed as to ensure no damage occurs to the product during transit.

While in transit the goods are at the owner's risk.

The warranty does not cover any defect caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care or attempted repair by you or non authorized person.

Warranty only covers the purchased product involved in the warranty claim.

Customer must have at least 1 proof of purchase whether it is an invoice, confirmation of payment email or payment related receipt (paypal, bank statement, credit card statement etc...)

Subject to the Returns Policy set out in these Terms and Conditions and to the extent permitted by the Trade Practices Act and relevant state legislation, the sole obligation of the seller under this agreement is to use its best endeavours to provide the products or to repair the products or repair or replace (at Mace Engineering Group’s discretion) any part of a product which is found to be defective during the period of warranty and in no event shall Mace Engineering Group be liable for any other claims or damages including, but not limited to, claims for faulty design, negligent or misleading advice, damages arising from loss or use of the products, and any indirect, special or consequential damages or injury to any person, corporation or other entity.

Mace Engineering Group is not liable for default or failure in performance of its obligations pursuant to these Terms and Conditions resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, civil or military authority, acts of public enemy, war, accidents, fires, explosions, earthquakes, floods, the elements, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of suitable parts, components, materials including ink, chemicals and paper, labour or transportation or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Mace Engineering Group.

The buyer acknowledges that Mace Engineering Group does not make under these Terms and Conditions or outside of them any representations or warranties regarding the products or any matter which is or might be relevant to the buyer buying or selling the products other than the representations or warranties expressed in this agreement.

Coupons

1. Each coupon is identified by a Coupon Code and has different requirements and rewards. Please check your coupon -- all requirements stated on the coupon must be met to receive the discount.

2. Coupon values are as specified on the coupon.

3. Coupons are intended for single use only.

4. Coupons are redeemable only on the Mace Engineering Group Web site.

5. In the case of a multiple-item order, the value of the coupon is allocated to each item based on the proportion of the item's value to the total value of all items, excluding shipping, taxes and other charges.

6. A coupon can be used to pay for shipping, only if your coupon states it waives shipping fees

7. Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the offer.

8. Coupons are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash.

9. Coupons cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or deleted.

10. A coupon cannot be applied to orders already placed with Mace Engineering Group.

11. Mace Engineering Group reserves the right to discontinue a coupon at any time.
