I installed this 12mm spacer ( upside down 1st )
but finished well ,car drives well now milage dropped on hwy running, now doing a lot of towing and does it easily.

Installation was easy, bought the 12mm spacers and they came with everything needed to swap over from the factory gaskets

Slow postage (Australia Post).
Item delivered and fitted. Immediate improvement in throttle response.
Perhaps could have gone for the 12mm spacer but the price difference was marginal and the manifold fits nicely under the bonnet, although the covers no longer line up correctly...

Installed these manifold spacers to compliment my MACE CAI for the LE0 Alloytec. I put the CAI in first and noticed the difference straight away. I then installed these spacers about a week later. It took the car a couple of days to adjust\recognise this mod but now that it has, I can say that all the claims are true. Better low down torque and acceleration in fact better and smoother torque delivery right throughout the rev range. Very happy, well worth it and easy to install A++

Read others reviews and decided to try it on my VE V6 commodore,a fairly cheap mod for the extra torque, received it really quick, and couldn't wait to put it on. Wow what a deference, from 30-75 km per hr the power was definitely noticeable, doesn't feel like it's labouring, can't wait to try more of Maces products

I installed this on my 04 vz v6 ute a couple of years back. Lasted fine even after a dozen more times removing the air manifold. Cant say i noticed much except the heat difference. I also opened up the air box and had a ss ute exhaust. Makes the car pull much harder.

Working on my dads vz v6 today after driving and forgot how hot the air manifold gets. Will order another this week :)

Took a bit to install. Instructions on the website were a big help. Only difficulty was the connection at the back of the manifold. I took the wrong one off, when it didn't need to be taken off. So if you see the purple connection with the slider, leave it connected, its the black one a little further around :). Performance boost is good, although at the same time, I changed all the plugs, and plus the k&n air filter I put in the week before, it's running better than ever. When funds are a bit better, would definitely get a OTR CAI.

Gave the car new life, car has at least 10% more power, manifold is cool to the touch even after a good drive. great money value. very easy to fit. Happy i did this. great product thankyou mace

Inceased low down torque.
Seems to have better engine response.
Sounds better and cleaner.
Very easy to install.
Supplied with everything to install including brand new bolts for the manifold.
Wishing I had gone with the larger ones now XD

does exactly what it says, My VZ 190kw SV6 has greatly increased low end torque a very good low cost start to modding your alloytec.
10/10 product! Quick and easy install. Immediately notice the results. By far one of the best mods.

Great kit easy to fit,fast delivery, Engine has more torque down low makes the car much better to drive around town.I was originally dissapointed with the car it always lacked bottom end torque when light pedalling around town THIS FIXED it.I would highly recommend this product to everybody.Many thanks

Amazing upgrade, makes the car feel much lighter for relatively little money. Torque arrives much earlier and daily driving is easier. I have an OTR without a tune and would recommend this over CAI for power and torque.

Great product everything is in the kit and is easy to install.Insulators do keep the plenum manifold a lot cooler.Engine appears to have better torque at lower engine revs and fuel economy has improved marginally.Will be an asset this summer in the hot ambient conditions in the Northern Territory

After installing my Mace insulator (which was really easy) I've really noticed a gain down low in torque and a bit of a power gain also in lower revs. After a few drives I've also noticed my manifold isn't as hot which only means more cold air to the engine. A excellent item and postage was next day delivery. Steve was also very helpful answering any questions I had. Thanks Mace!!

The manifold insulators are great! Well worth the money if that's what your worried about. The insulators definitely keep the plenum cooler. My car is supercharged and therefore generates more heat but the insulators still keep the manifold cool enough to rest your hand on. It does also feel like it has a little extra grunt down low which is probably amplified by the supercharger but that makes it even more impressive. I plan on getting my tune adjusted for it and hopefully see even better results. Postage was very fast and well packaged and they are easy to fit.

Very fast delivery and great customer service, Steve took a good deal of time with me on the phone answering all my questions.
The product itself was packaged well and easy to install. One thing i can say is it defiantly keeps the intake manifold very cool.
Hard to notice any extra power under foot but im sure its gained a few RWHP and some torque. Fuel consumption so far is about the same.

This product is great noticed the difrence instantly, i drove from the city to my place about (50 Km) and you can sit your hand on the plenum without burning your self. previosuly used to burn when you touch the plenum so it definetly makes a difrence =]
