Now have the peace of mind for your LS V8 with Crow Cams LS trunnion and bush kit. This trunnion kit replaces the factory LS rocker internals that are prone to failure when exposed to extended levels of high rpm, high valve spring pressures and amplified rotation from high-lift camshafts. The OE needle bearing housings can begin to separate from the rocker arm when exposed to these conditions, gradually spitting out all the needle rollers which in turn results in a catastrophe.
