be careful when taking off the old hose, i tore the intake hose from the maf to the supercharger. my fault. a decent performance increase and sounds lovely also

Sounds noticeably better and feels a lot nicer to drive. If matched with the bored out throttle body I think she’ll fly. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for an easy mod to make a difference. I got the k&n filter, I’d say it’s worth the extra $20 or so :)

Having used this product (with the KnN of course), along with the SS Induction Growler in previous applications, I can say with hand on heart that Mace is most certainly the one I'd use and recommend. I've got this on my Series 1 L67 Calais and the Super Charger whine that comes through this CAI is pretty awesome. SERIOUSLY awesome! Highly recommended!!

Easy to install and made the engine bay look alot nicer and cleaner especially with the stickers that come with the package, the customer service was awesome and of course the power and torque gains where very impressive along with the sound change it made my L36 sound much more aggressive and mean along with that big boost in performance.

Nothing but a straight forward install with amazing results. Looks clean and spices up the engine bay. Sounds great but not too loud or annoying. Also increasing throttle response greatly I have found already with a quick thrashing.

A great quality product from Mace ... ordered the clear Perspex cover and Mace included the standard black one as well! Fairly easy to fit and quality materials. Goes well with the 12mm plenum spacer .. nicer exhaust note and better throttle response and looks so cool under the bonnet with the MACE sticker! Well worth it, Thankyou Mace!

easy to install gave my vt super 6 a instant change in sound well worth the $270. and there was a instant improvement in low end torque. excellent product ease of installation, should of bought one a long time ago.

Car sits on limiter heaps easier now when skidding, It used to hit limiter and slowly die back down to 4000rpm, now it will quickly go down to around 5000 then back to limiter

+ it comes with a sticker! :D

It's early days but the car seems to take of a lot better and definitely has more low end torque. I can really feel the back end dig in when I put the slipper into it lol

My latest Mace adventure has been another success, yet again!

I contemplated simply picking up a K&S filter before opting for the full Mace package. A tad more expensive but, if based on my previous performance chip/pulley kit experience, well worth the investment.

Luckily, I wasn't disappointed! With only my two left thumbs and 12-yr-old daughter in tow, I removed the old system and installed the new CAI with remarkable ease. If anything, the torx bolts were tight as hell and caused some grief, so a typical 'thanks for nothing' to GM! All in all, it took me about 45-60 minutes before it was completely done.

Of course, we immediately jumped in and went for a drive. I've dabbled with CAI/performance filters before but this was the best yet. There was an immediate improvement in responsiveness which added a little more 'zip' to my ever-improving VX.

Oh yeah, one other thing - when I realised that my clear lid did not appear to have been sent (standard black only), the Mace guys immediately had one on its way. A testament to their professionalism and honesty. Cheers!

I am looking to improve the output and drive-ability of my 2003 Holden S pac ute. After fitting the cold air intake from MACE, there was a deffinate increase in throttle response and smoother acceleration. I would reccomend this product to anyone looking to upgrade there 3.8ltr V6, I will be purchasing further itmes from MACE in the near future 10/10.

i installed in 20mins better exhaust roar with my lukey system and the noticeable increase of throttle response and the hiss is unbelievable! couldn't be happier! noticed the car pulls harder too. for sure a good buy and defiantly worth it. very happy!

The instructions was nearly spot on except for turning the maf unit 90 degrees to have clearance from the air con hose my car sounds a bit meaner now all i need now is extractors.
Definitely would recommend this product.
My car has more accelertaion and better response.

My product arrived in less than 4 days it is now installed and am noticing deffinate acceleration difference the car is deffinatly more responsive.. also pulls away very well up hills compared to standard overall have noticed

Sounds awesome! Standard Holden V6 induction roar is overcome with the whine of the blower! Let people know you mean business... Dyno proven power increase is just a bonus.

Wow this cai is very easy to install, sounds great, also found my throttle response is much better as well. i would recomend a new airflow metre when putting this product in. i haven't done that as of yet but will be very soon......
