Mace remanufactured L67 cylinder heads, including valves and springs.

These cylinder heads have gone through a 7-point inspection prior to shipping and meet or exceed OEM specifications.

 

Key Features:

  • Cylinder heads are cleaned and inspected.
  • Media blasted to remove all foreign materials.
  • Magnafluxed for cracks.
  • Pressure tested before assembly.
  • Valve guides meet original OEM specifications.
  • Valve seats are 3 angled machined.
  • Cylinder head decks are machined with high speed mill.
  • Valve springs are tested and replaced as needed to meet OEM specifications.
  • New viton seals are installed to meet current OEM specification for high heat resistance.
  • Valves and seats are vacuum tested after assembly.
  • Cylinder heads are ready to install.
