These trunnion kits replace the factory LS rocker internals that are prone to failure when exposed to extended levels of high rpm, high valve spring pressures and amplified rotation from high-lift camshafts. The OE needle bearing housings can begin to separate from the rocker arm when exposed to these conditions, gradually spitting out all the needle rollers which in turn results in a catastrophe.

Our kits are engineered to provide maximum durability and stiffness in the harshest environments whilst still being super affordable for all enthusiasts. Extra security measures have been taken with the use of extended width trunnions with snap-ring grooves instead of the bearing housings only relying on a press-fit type fixture. Thanks to precision-machined mating surfaces, you're guaranteed proper fitment, right in place of the original manifold and using the factory bolts and hoses.

By simply providing your Alloytec V6 with more air and a cleaner intake path, you'll enjoy power gains of 11%; even on a stock engine! Through extensive dyno testing on real-world vehicles, we've seen gains of up to 60% on modified Alloytec engines.

Graph 2 shows the before and after results of fitting a CPR6 Alloytec V6 intake manifold to a highly modified Alloytec. As you can see, even with fully tuned engines, you'll be 45hp off the pace without the CPR6 manifold.

Fitment of the CPR6 manifold is dead easy and can be performed by DIY enthusiasts of all skill levels using simple tools in around 2 hours!

Not only will your efforts unlock more horsepower, but you'll even save money on your weekly fuel bill, under normal driving conditions. On a standard VE sedan fitted with nothing but a CPR6 intake manifold, testing showed a best of just 8.6L/100km. There's no easier, more potent performance modification you can make to your Alloytec.

If you're looking for that extra edge, when coupled with our 12mm manifold insulators, not only will you raise the tail end of the dyno graph from the CPR6 but peak torque will begin lower in the RPM range. Truly awakening the potential of the under-estimated Alloytec V6.

Our new and innovative harmonic balancer removal tool has never made pulling off the factory balancer so simple. Designed in house using a very comprehensive 3D design package, our 3-jaw setup squarely removes the balancer without causing any damage to surrounding components. 

The main bolt diameter and Rockwell hardness for the relevant assemblies have been carefully researched and selected based off genuine engineering resources. The mammoth M20 thread on the main bolt is the largest compared to any other balancer puller currently on the market, meaning you can rest assured the threads won't strip even whilst removing the most stubborn balancers.

With its superior strength and rigidity, you can remove as many balancers as you like to the point we guarantee it can also be used in an industrial environment without failure.

This unit also features a modular support plate where the jaw set can be readily interchanged with ones of longer and shorter locking arms to further broaden the range of vehicles its compatible with.

Tool Loan:

This tool is also available to be loaned out for $45, but we will also require a $150 bond. The bond will be fully refunded once the tool has been returned in complete working order within 30 days.
