This OTR cold air intake utilises an OEM style plastic construction which makes it exceptionally durable while giving a factory style look to your engine bay. In conjunction to the larger filter area where airflow is dramatically increased from standard, there are also port bosses designed into both sides, allowing breather and/or catch cans setups to be easily plumbed into the OTR.
Installation of this OTR air intake is extremely easy with the adjustable mounting brackets and even clears Monaro's fluted bonnets!
With MAF or MAF-Less configurations available, the new plastic VCM OTR covers all options.

Mace timing chain sets are designed for use with stock cams. They have a solid-bushing chain for a true bearing surface that rolls with the sprockets, eliminating chain stretch. This timing kit includes a stock replacement crank sprocket with a single keyway.

This main cap girdle is designed to reduce "cap walk", stop block web flexing and eliminate cracking of the main caps/block webs; this is achieved by boxing in the main caps. Our light weight girdle evenly distributes load and dampens harmonics by bolting the main cap studs together to create a super strong rectangular cage. The brace nearly doubles the main web support area in the engine.
In addition, due to the close proximity of the main stud girdle to the crankshaft and rods it also aids in stripping oil off of the crank, which in itself yields a net gain in HP.
Fabricated from 12.5mm thick 6061-T6 aluminium, these girdles are a must for high rpm/high horsepower applications where block rigidity is critical.

Extracting performance and economy from the manufacturer’s original engine management computer has become a popular modification in today’s modification scene.
We have an extensive range of tunes in our database covering a large variety of modifications, which target all vehicles factory fitted with the GEN III LS1 5.7L V8, excluding VZ. This allows us to select an appropriate and safe tune to suit your modification, whether it be a cold air intake, full exhaust system, diff gears etc. Power output will vary based on your vehicle's modifications, but the average LS1 with an intake and an exhaust upgrade will generally make around the 220-230rwkw with a substantial improvement in fuel economy. In addition to editing the engine calibration, we can also improve the performance of the automatic transmission by accommodating a change in final drive ratio or stall converter, harden up the gear shifts and reduce shift times between gear changes. The choice is yours as we can tailor the tune to suit your needs.

Not only power is increased around 35kw at the flywheel (more with a full exhaust system) and also fuel economy, responsiveness and smoothness of power delivery are all considerably improved. If your HSV is an automatic, we can also upgrade the settings of your transmission to have it respond quicker and smoother, as well as behave in a more respectable fashion.
This upgrade can be installed in a little over an hour and is effortlessly reversible if ever required.

Now have the peace of mind for your LS V8 with our very own, designed in house, Mace Engineering LS trunnion upgrade kit. These trunnion kits replace the factory LS rocker internals that are prone to failure when exposed to extended levels of high rpm, high valve spring pressures and amplified rotation from high-lift camshafts. The OE needle bearing housings can begin to separate from the rocker arm when exposed to these conditions, gradually spitting out all the needle rollers which in turn results in a catastrophe.
Our kits are engineered to provide maximum durability and stiffness in the harshest environments whilst still being super affordable for all enthusiasts. Extra security measures have been taken with the use of extended width trunnions with snap-ring grooves instead of the bearing housings only relying on a press-fit type fixture. You can now rest assured these bearings will hold their ground and truly enjoy the exhilarating feeling your LS V8 delivers.
