A butterfly valve is used to control the operation and is calibrated with a position sensor, which looks after its position by sending signals to the electronic control unit (ECU). Installing an electronic throttle body is a very cost-effective way to bump up the performance of your engine by increasing airflow.

This Mace throttle body suits Chevrolet vehicles fitted with LS3 and LS7 V8 engines.
